Jack and I started labelling animals to our friends. Like, Ko Franky looks like a Polar Bear... since he sorta gained weight in Melbourne... and he's so fair now... So yeah... POLAR BEAR!! Hahahaha...

This is Philip :D Coz you know... he didn't shave... LOL. So he was growing a teeney weeny goatee. Hahahaha... And we kept calling him "m'bek" (indo slang) :P

2008-2009

2008
The first time I felt for someone that strongly. There were secret meetings, stolen kisses... it was like living in my own Romeo and Juliet story, except it ended right in the middle.
Friendships were formed, some were strengthened, while on the other hand, some faded, and some were lost. I spoke to people I've never spoken to before even if I saw them almost every week.
I became really close with someone who started off as an enemy. But who knew, if it weren't for the other guy, I wouldn't have known him :) And I would definitely cherish this friendship for as long as I can.
My results, lol... From good to bad. Then from bad to worse, and I strive to improve on them in 2009.

2009
I will get even more fit. I will swim everyday before dinner, and do my homework afterwards. I will do my best for the UWC Entry Examinations. I must revise more on my subjects.
And if I DO enter UWC, I will still go to STC until the time comes for me to move to UWC.
I shall make even more friends, and speak to people I've hardly ever spoken to. And I shall try to deal with this inverted-V "triangle" of some sort. It's pretty weird when 2 guys are after you, and they know each other, and were from the same class once. Creepy.

And if improving on my subjects means to be an anti-social, I'll take it. Coz socializing can be done after I get results. And socializing isn't too hard for a person like me :P

New Year

Hello everyone! I'm borrowing my bro's comp for a lil while while he's at my parents' room :P I'm still at Indo. Will be leaving for the airport pretty soon.

this year's National Reformed Evangelical Convention is really great :D I'll be back around like, 10pm tonight probably... Yeah

I'll make my New Year Resolutions and 2008 reflections tmrw. Lazy to make it now. I'm skippin sch tmrw... to get my remaining hmrk done, and because I'm lazy to pack my bag at such a late time. Lol... who isn't? :P

Okie... now my bro is back in the room, and my mum here too... examining the room. Lol. After coming out of Kinasih, my parents and I went to eat Bakmi Permata straight away!! WOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO. Lol. I ate 2 bowls :D HEHEHE

I can't wait to get back!! ^^ Breathe in the FRESH air, and sleep on my soft bouncy bed. Teehee. I got a new mattress XD Mwahahahahaha and hug my Hippo soft toy!! Hahahaha...

Entertaining

Man, didn't come onlne for a day and I get 16 emails in my inbox o.o Most of em are junk mail anyway. I just read the title and "Delete" :P Lol...

Been busy with Joyce and Mercy. Hahaha. Yesterday, I didn't go to Youth Group coz I had to accompany them to One Fullerton. Took some pics. We went to Night Safari! Oh btw, before were went to One Fullerton, we were in my room, playing The Game of Life. It was kinda hilarious. Coz we were goin nuts, and we got so many debts! Hahaha XD

And at one point, their mum was rushing us to quickly finish playing, and we were rushing. Mercy kept getting loads of $50,000 bills coz she's get one bill if someone spun the spinner off track, or got it stuck. Lol. And since we were panicking, we were spinning like crazy. I kept laughing SO HARD that I ended up crying. My face was flooded with tears. Omg... it was painful, yet pleasureable, coz Ihaven't had such a good laugh in MONTHS. DANG.

Night Safari... so BLOODY crowded. On the way there, I was telling them the story about HAir Extensions, And when we were interrupted, we'd pause, and Mercy would tell me to go on. Lol. SO FUN. WAHAHAHAHA.

They pressed me to speak Singlish. Of course, I wouldn't. Like dude, I'm trying to avoid it during the holidays especially. eek. But I DID show them like, examples:
"I came." = "I got come"
Yeah... you get the idea. Then came home. Had a nice cold shower :D Then we played Game of Life again! Hahaha... this time, we read all the rulkes thouroughly. And we realised, this whole time, we were breakin like, so many rules. Hahaha. And we played 2 rounds before we went to sleep... like, near 1am. Haha

Oh yeah, after breakfast and a walk in the Botanical Gardens yesterday, we went for a swim coz it was REALLY hot. My gosh. So they borrowed a few swimming clothes. Then we went to the pool ^^ Thank goodness the water wasn't heated up by the sun yet :D Mercy is so good at swimming o.o DANG.

Okay... I keep smelling vanilla coming from my hands... But my soap is not vanilla scented!! :( Urgh. Annoying smell... We went to funan just now. My dad was taking a look at laptops. My mum wants to buy me and Apple. I want another Fujitsu, coz Apple doens't have the tablet pc :( So I can't draw on the screen. Argh.

Okay, I'm goin to church later, my dad's sending Mercy, Joyce and their parents to Vivo. So they'll just hang there till 7 I guess? Coz that's when my churh ends, and we're have dinenr at Long Beach. Woohoooo

Gonna show them I Not Supid tonight after dinner. Hahaha. An original Singapore film... interesting.... I took some photos, but there are even more in Mercy's camera and her dad's cam. So yeah :)

I won't be posting again, until the 2nd of January. That's when school starts, but I'm not going anyway. Lol. Just ognna stay home and rush the remaining of my homework. MWAHAHAHAHA. And of course, try to post the pics if Mercy's sent them to me already :) Bye people!

Oh yeah, and the game that my bro was playing the other day, is Dead Space. and there were these mutated babies crawling around... hahaha

You know, I have a tendency to hold onto people... Sometimes, I feel as if I'm just bribing them... you know? Like, I go overseas, I buy these gifts... give give give... or I invite them over to my house... party... food... party... food... And if I ask them what's a good factor about me, it's ALWAYS art. Like, is there anything else good about me? You know, people need compliments once in awhile.

Example:
You're a girl okay? And your boyfriend keeps saying "you're beautiful". EVERYTIME. That's the only word he says about you. You're beautiful. After a while, you begin to think... that's when the troubles come. You think... whether he's dating you only because of your looks, your body or whatever... Which is mostly the case sometimes. It's shit I tell you.

Like hello, the looks don't matter ALL the time. It's the inside that get you attracted to them. What about me? Seems like the people I make friends with in real life, hang with me coz... I don't even know =.= I guess I never asked or they never told me. And the people I make friends with online, and have hardly or never met, know me for who I really am.

It's the insides. The way they talk to you, the way they think... that is what should attract you in the first place. If it's just looks, then the love is bound ot fade. I mean, everyone grows old... Some of you don't admit you just love that person for looks. But come on, don't make me test the love man... Maybe I should try pushing him or her off a building, leaving them scarred for life. Then see how YOU react to it. Would you leave em? Or would you stay by their side forever?

I have no idea what triggered me to write about this topic today... But when I think about all these teenage relationships in Singapore, or probably in any other country, I jsut feel like knocking some sense into them. Some relationships can even last for just a few days!! Like, WHAT IN THE WORLD?!?!?! Has everyone just mistook the meaning of LOVE for TEMPORARY COMPANIONS?!?!

Anyhow... yeah, back to my first topic... keeping a hold on people... I tend to do that... dang. I'm sorry if you're a guy... especially a one I like or care about or you like me or sth... you get the idea. I'd probably be prone to teasing? I'm SO sorry... I just love to do that sometimes... on other times, I don't even know I'm doin it o.o Probably coz I don't want people to leave? I jsut want them to stay... you know? It's like, something to prove to myself that there is someone out there, who don't just like me for money, or for art... those materialistic stuff. But more of the inners :) Love my inners :D Not my outers ^^

C-Day, and after it

Yesterday........ I finished up the world-globe 960-pieced puzzle :D WOOOO. Although some of the pieces are not in the right places... odd. the lines match, but the colour doesn't. Dang. lazy to change it anyway.

Then... watched tv... and did 1 history essay... 3 more to go. omg.

Then today... had tuition in the morning. And started on another 1000-piece puzzle. It's a replica of The Creation of Adam (a painting) :) I got some parts of the corners already... shall continue later on.

Joyce, Mercy and their parents are coming over to stay for a few days later tonight :D WHEEEE. Gonna bring them to Night Safari tmrw I think. Yeah.... dunno what other places my parents have planned to bring us to. dang.

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve... The evening where most families would gather round the table and eat a wonderful meal :) Of ham, turkey etc.

My family? Well... I just had 2 tuitions today, and I'm using the comp coz I've got nothing to do... Later, after dinner, gotta go to The Alexcier with my parents. There's a relay there, of a Christmas service in Indonesia. So we'll be in Alexcier, watching it live... Yeah...

Omg. I predicted the future on Friday night. And it came true on Saturday during Youth Group.

I dreamed that I recieved an email from Ci Arlene:

AND OMG. On Saturday, Dea was in Ci Novi's group, and Keren and I were in Ci Sanny's group. GOSH.

I'M PSYCHIC!!!! This is the first time I've had a dream which happened in less than 24 hours o.o

Anyhow, went to Christy's house for dinner just now. Omg... STEAK!! And it was SUPER GOOOOOOOOOOOOD. I ate about 3-4cm worth of steak. WAHAHAHAHHAHA!!!

Then had some vanilla ice cream. lol Definitely gonna gain weight XD Hahahaha

Currently addicted to the song: Shadows by Nidji. It's an Indonesian band btw. And they sang that song in English. Pretty good o.o And it was used to advertise HEROES. lol

I deleted 257 songs from my comp today. FEELS GOOD. Coz my iPod was getting full anyway. So I was deleting all the songs I don't really listen to. Hahaha

Then, I threw out some more leftovers from my room. And they are my Lower Secondary worksheets... papers... some books yeah... And I passed all my textbooks to my mum... in case she wants to give it to someone or sth... *shrugs*

And Tanglin Mall probably just sprayed the soapy thingy... Coz I can hear Christmas Carols coming from there. Umm... I shall post about my reflections before I leave for Indo on the 29th... and make my New Year Resolutions on the 2nd. I'm DEFINTELY not going to school on the 2nd. I WANNA ENJOY THE LAST BIT OF MY HOLIDAYS. I'm not going to school, and you can't make me >< *makes a baby face*

Pretty bored right now... hmm... Went to rmj just now. Was NEARLY late but luckily, the bus came in time, so I reached at 2.28pm :D Haha. Ko Jetan lost his voice jsut now... So it sounded pretty hoarse when he was speaking. Um.

Currently, I'm trying to learn a piano piece called Consolation. Or, Songs Without Words Op. 3 No. 3 Yeah... I just learnt it halfway so far. Teehee. And learning Julia from Final Fantasy.

Hmm, starting the 1st of January, Singapore's not gonna allow people to smoke... uhh... I think within 5 metres outside a shopping mall or sth... Yeah... And yesterday, Theo, Arabella and I were walking home from Takashimaya. And there was this guy smoking outside the door.

After walking past, I just couldn't stop grinning. He probably knew about the new upcoming law... Coz he was sucking on his cigarette like there was no tomorrow.

I'm kinda panicking about my entrance exams to UWC. I haven't touched my math in awhile... and I'm still not done with my history or SS or chem homework... My mum, maid, and I were doing some SUPER SUPER spring cleaning in my room. Dang. Now it looks as if I'm moving to a new house.

Everyday, I've been watching this show on Star World. Man, they always get me crackin :D These people coming from many parts of America to be the last ocmedian standing :) And there's been one stuck on my mind:

Scream

Last night, Diy, SL, and Jody came to my house. We ate at Spageddies for dinner. Had some laughs :) Then came to my house and watched this Japanese horror film called "EXTE - Hair Extensions".

We were screaming like super loud in the living room, till we even scared my dog. Hahahaha XD Oh come on, if you see some evil hair chasing after a little girl half your size, wouldn't you be scared? Dang. And yes, as amusing it sounds, it really isn't. The thing with this movie... It kinda contrasts a lot.

Like one moment, it's dark, scary, and jumpy. The next moment, it's happy... with bright sunny colours, and cheery music. Gosh. And everytime the hair starts attacking, the song of Silent Night would come out. And like, dude... SCARY. And that thing with the bell... omg.

Come on... it's gross when you see hair coming our of your eyes, your mouth... and any other wounds that you have on your body... And even though that girl was dead, hair still kept growing... and omg. The ending was kinda hilarious at one point. Where that creepy guy who was obsessed with hair got cut. Left with his feet and his head... WEIRD. Like... WEIRD!!! LOL. And his head plopped onto his feet, and it was still waddling about. LOL. Then it turned half a circle... and stopped moving. HAHAHAHAA

Okay... totally morbid me. :P

Alright... it's been a while since I watched a decent movie in the cinema. The last time I did, I got into trouble o.o

Nvm. Uhhh.... Gonna watch The Day The Earth Stood Still with my mum afterwards.. at 4.25pm. GV Grand... GOLD CLASS! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHHAA XD Bloody expensive tickets =.= They suck your wallets dry.

Sometimes, I feel so stupid I wanna whack myself.

I'm sorry bout last night... If it meant anything to you. But I would also have appreciated it if you had told me then to just shut up. Maybe I'd know you cared... you know? Sometimes I just get so carried away in my own world I don't care about others anymore.

How did I know Xander would have changed his mind? Reading back the the Chat Log of February 2008 with him, I wondered... whether he truly has? But nvm. I shouldn't bring it up again... Now he actually scares me o.o AND WHY?!?!?! I HAVE NO IDEA?!?!

Tofu, left me near the end of May. Dunno for what... it was never made clear.

It's free admission. so you all don't have to worry about money. And it's next to Dover MRT. REALLY simple to get there. Convention Centre is next to the station! So yeah... AND I'M SINGING WITH MY CHURCH CHOIR!!

Pay It Forward

"Pay It Forward" Is a VERY VERY good and meaningful story. Like, if only this world was willing to do all this, this world would truly be a much better place. The movie stars Haley Joel Osment and some other few people. Great ending. And it's been a long time since I watched a movie for this genre, and is as good as this.

Oh gosh. The idea is that... for example, I help 3 people. 3 people in big things in their lives. And each of those 3 people, help 3 other people, and so on. From 3, to 9, to 27... etc And boom, many people can be affected. Yeah, it wouldn't work much, and, it'll be pretty hard, but that's what happens when you "Pay it forward".

So the next time you see someone in need, don't just look away. Approach, and help. And soon, you'll see more people helping others in need. And who knows, it could jsut lead to the world.

Okay. I know the previous post is kinda disturbing. But I do not intend to remove it ><
I'm addicted to My Heroes Ability on Facebook. As you can see on my tagboard. Jos and I are practically fighting over whose lvl is higher. Hahaha XD

And I guess what people say is right. You don't know what you have till you lose it. So I guess, I'd better value it more when it comes back :)

My mum scolded me like, LOTS and LOTS and LOTS jsut because OYJ and KF were in my room. Okay... fine, KF is a guy. I understand. He SHOULDN'T be in my room. But there was another girl (OYJ) in there too... pretty safe right?

And what's with this whole... racism thing? HUH? DUDE. Like, so what if he's half Indian half Chinese? He's still one of my close friends! WE SHARE THE SAME BIRTHDAY FOR GOODNESS SAKE. PLUS, from the SAME CLASS IN PRI SCHOOL. HOW DARE YOU call think of his as one of those foreign workers!!! AND STOP WORRYING THAT I'LL DATE HIM OR WHATSOEVER. My taste is NOT that bad. (no offence KF).

GAH. And over this teeny thing, about bringing guys to rooms, you scolded me for like, an hour. half in public, half at home. HOW DARE YOU punch me 4 times on my head and 3 times on my arm. I PUNCH YOU BACK THEN YOU KNOW AH.

You are insane. I WISH YOU WOULD DIE. I WOULD BE MUCH HAPPIER. Even living in a prison is BETTER than living at home WITH YOU. ARGH.

You sent me to choir practice. I went up to the 3rd floor and stopped outside the room. I couldn't go in. Not with my eyes suddenly overflowing with tears of anger, hate, frustration, and sadness. I told Jack to come out. When she came out, she found me next to the door, squatting and crying my eyes out. Then we walked to the toilet as I told her everything. Omg.

I was still sobbing during choir prac, which I was late for about 47 minutes when I went into the room. SIGH. But now, it's fine. nothing going on coz YOU'RE busy with the games on your iPod. TYPICAL. You said that you wouldn't let anyone come over already. For a moment there, I thought I had to cancel the party next Wednesday. I guess not.

Cursed insane woman, I hate you.

Tired

Guess what, I just reached home from a 2 and a half hour church choir practice. Today, I already had a 2-hour church choir prac at church in the afternoon before the service.

And jsut now it was a last minute notification to all of us that my pastor (Rev. Dr. Stephen Tong) wanted to conduct us from 9.30pm onwards. Oh gosh. LAST MINUTE LEH.

And he wanted us to sing all the choruses from Handel's The Messiah. GOODNESS. We already practiced for the Christmas Gospel Rally already o.o So anyhow, at about 11.50 ++, he asked how much we had left. And we still had half the book to go. OH GOSH. Lol

And he made jokes of going on till 2am XD Hahahaha. I have no problem, coz I live about 5 mins away from The Alexcier :P Hahahaha.

As Jack and I were heading out the door of the building, she said,"Wow! It's midnight! See you later!" (coz we have another practice on Monday, 8th Dec, at 7pm). Then I said,"Sure!! *hugs* See you in 19 hours! Hahaha"

Now I shall go get a good night's sleep -.- *SNOREEEEEE*

Oh yeah, I THINK I was called a babe by this eurasian boy in Orchard today. Gosh. I was walking with several of my friends from church. Then this GROUP of eurasian boys were sitting on this metal fence. And as I was walkin by, one shouted out something like,"black eyed babe, we've got a thing for you." Then his friend said,"where???" and the guy who shouted jerked his head at me. And they were looking at me all the way till I FULLY walked past all 5 of them. Oh gawd. CREEEEEEPYYYY MUCH.

Anyhow, I'm leaving for Indonesia again on the 29th of December. And I'll be back on the night of January 1st :)

It's so hard to see the details! We've got parts of every continent. China, North America, South America, Australia... Then I got a chunk of Russia. Dunno where to join that to.

And I REALLY REALLY have to start doing my holiday homework. But it's so distracting. Hahaha. Hmm.. I guess I'll start today... After my tuition... or before it. I dunno.

Unfinished

Okay... so... Choice 1 chosen. To continue living life NORMALLY. But dang it. Why am I still not settled??? Gaaahhh...

How I wished you chose No.2 Okay, you see, this is one of my problems. I can't be settled when something feels unfinished (another reason why I should take O lvls even if I get into UWC).

When I first suspected... It was... a few weeks ago? But I just thought you were being super nice... But I guess I was right. SIGH. And guess what, big bang on Saturday night. And the final explosion yesterday. My head was spinning...

And I just kept asking myself, what do I feel? In the beginning, I was very very sure that you were jsut a really close friend to me. The closest guy friend I've had... And, even tofu-boy wasn't that close. But... after you told me why, I jsut melted into a pile of goop.

Dang... I'm so vulnerable. You said that he weren't very good with words. But come on. They were good enough to make every girl's heart melt away (trust me). And, well, I wanted to have the same feelings... but I just couldn't.

On Sunday, Dea told me,"aiyah, you just don't like him coz he's ugly right? If he's "Xander" you surely say yes right?" The said that first thing that popped to my head,"yes". Omg... After how many times I told myself that looks don't matter, and how much I hate people who contradict themselves... I'm becoming what I hate. omg

And I woke up at like, 6am in the morning... And I planned this whole post out in my head for half an hour before I went to the toilet... then got a drink, and I still couldn't sleep, coz I kept thinking about this. And why? I have no idea. But maybe you know it better than I do.

Blurness

Okay... maybe I should start doin my homework... you know, to get my brain working again. If I touch it, it feels cool... I miss the warmth of school stress. Coz at least then, I can make decissions in less than 5 minutes... but probably that's why I used to regret them... okay... so maybe this is good.

Yeah, everyone I've looked to tell me almost the same thing. Accept it. But... accept what? There is nothing to decide on. Just a dead end. Do I turn back and pretend nothing had happened, that nothing was said? Or, do I bring this further?

omg... I really gotta think like Xander (a nickname for someone. he doesn't even know I'm calling him this).

Choice 1: Pretend nothing ever happened. Everyone is happy and stays the same
Choice 2: Say what I feel... whether the same or not (I don't even know what I feel!! My gosh. My brain has turned into mush... up to a degree that I can't understand myself anymore)
Choice 3(if choice 2 was that I felt the same): B.G.R????? MY mum would kill me if this happens and she finds out... she'll ask the guy to marry me. So let this be a warning to guys who dare to risk facing my mum. goodness.

With an Arts Theatre. And a rock-climbing thing in the gym, 1 indoor basketball court, and an out-door one. And a soccer+rugby+football field outside. And an indoor-pool 0.0

Cable-"bench" ride to the Great Wall :) That's my dad's friend in front, and my dad next to him on the right. My dad was so scared, he didn't dare to turn around... Fear of heights XD My mum and I were like, shouting at him to turn around and help us take a picture, but he wouldn't budge. So his friend had to do it for us :P

Went to Shanghai's New International Expo hall thingy for the heavy machinery exhibition every 2 years. This is the 1st time I'm here ^^ Magnificent. About 80% of the world's heavy machine companies come to Shanghai every 2 years to exhibit their products. My dad works as a distributer, so he was meeting some people :)

LOVE THIS FAST FOOD!! WOOOO. Their symbol is Bruce Lee, the best martial artist XD And their food is like, non-fried. So it's pretty healhty :)

You know, I was taking the Subway to this place for dinner. And man, the train REALLY resembles the one in S'pore. Same seats too. I'm not surprised if the person who designed the trains in S'pore is from China. Oh yeah, the outer colours are also black, red, and white 0.o
