Teacher's Day 2008

Golly, it's been a year O.O Anyhow, yesterday was AMAZING!! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHH XD

Firstly, my mum pissed me off in the car when she was sending me to school -_- Over sth stupid. Nvm. Went to sch, uhh, I gave Mr Ng his present on Thursday, so yeah. ANYHOW, we had Aces day. I took a few pics of the teachers, before my STUPID CAMERA'S BATTERY DIED ON ME. sigh...

Well, that's most of the pics I managed to get before my cam's battery died -_- So I couldn't take any of the performance. My view was obstructed by the teachers sitting in front of me anyway -_- tsk. BUT, I managed to use my phone to get this pic :D Some of our teachers were wearing pinafores!! :D

So after the "concert" and stuff, we went back to our classes for... some Pot Luck thingy? I'm not sure whether I spelt that right. Well, it's where many ppl bring food, and we have a mini feast in the classroom. Imagine EVERY CLASS in the WHOLE SCHOOL doing that. IMAGINE the amount of food. Lol. But before that, we wanted to welcome our Co-Form Teacher into a class. Since she just came back to school this Monday after a year of absence, she felt kinda odd being our co-form. But we were okay :D So in return, we decided to welcome her. He placed candles on the floor:

Then there are 2 rows of candles at the bottom. That's like our "candle carpet" for Mrs Lee to walk from the class's door to the teacher's table where we had prepared a cake for her :) SEE!! Our 3A class SOOO nice and sociable! MWAHAHAHA

Afterwards, I had my Chinese Oral exam -__- WTH. ORAL EXAM ON TEACHERS'S DAY. THEY NEED A BREAK TOO YA KNOW -__- So yeah, I think I'll probably flunk it. SIGH. But I MIGHT have hope. Coz my examiner was my own chinese teacher :D haha Hmm, went home after that, then showered, ate lunch, and went back to QPS. WOOO!!! XD I miss the school. There were so many other ppl around. They didn't allow us to go upstairs. So technically, a few us sneaked past the person guarding the stairs :D HEEHEEHEE. Found Mrs Shahrin, and told her to go down to the canteen where we were gathered. So many ppl brought cameras, I've only got the pics from some ppl. And others, I dunno where. KEITHE HASN'T SENT ME THE PICS -_- That bald and sprained guy. Haiyoh.

Well, there are some pictures that I have not gotten yet. So I shall leave them for another post in the near future I hope :) So then, I ended up racing with Yu Jia. I won her first. Then 2nd time, she won me. Eh, I was wearing skinnies and flats mind you. Not that easy to run in. So then, we had Zach come and race with us. He won us 2 times stright. Lol. Not surprised. Since he's so "muscular" now... Lol. Then he kept teasing Keith.

So then being 18 Marches and all, Yu Jia and I decided to help Keith. We started chasing Zach. Through the canteen, onto the Parade Square, behind the science lab, then back into the canteen again. I managed to grab hold of his shirt. Then Yu Jia came to help me. And as usual, Zach still kept struggling. My fingers were already gitting sore at the friction against the material of his shirt. He began to move and I let go, and hooked my fingers on his back pocket and said,"Stop moving, or I can rop off your pocket." Yeah yeah, he shouted NOOO. Lol. I just gave up anyway. Haha. I think Yu Jia and I can say that we nearly destroyed his shirt. SORRY ZACH!!

So anyway, I had to leave soon. I had my chinese tuition starting in 15 mins. Haha. Keith and Yu Jia were being so sweet :D Offered to walk me to the MRT station to get a cab before they walked back to school again :D SO NICE ^^ Well, my blister burst. SIGH. Thanks to those stupid flats. But I can't blame the running and racing, coz I loved it :D

Been so long since I ran like this. Haha :) Oh wait, Ian, Yu Jia and Zach wanted to sue me coz I uploaded a video of them on Youtube. MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Type in their names and I think the video will come out :P It was taken in 2005, about 2 days before we got our PSLE results back. Hahaha. Enjoy the vid! That is, if you're gonna watch it. Lol.

Hmm, I guess that's all for now. I know this has been an EXTREMEly long post, but what the heck, it's TEACHER'S DAY! come on :P Now you have witnessed what kind of chatterbox I can be :P

So sweet :D Okay, anyhow, September is just a few days away :D So it means the Gospel Rally at the Indoor Stadium in Singapore is NEARING!! Well, I just found that no tickets are needed to enter. So it's basically free entry, and free seating :P

And I'll be one of the 600 ppl singing for the choir. From the 11th till the 14th of September. Starts at 7.30pm on all 4 days :)

Well, I hope MANY of you would come attend. Those who are interested to know who Jesus is. I'm not forcing you to be a Christian. But just if you're interested. You can just go for one day, see how it's like... If you like it, you may continue :) Just give it a try?

And everyone else is not forcing you. Just merely encouraging you all to go :)
BTW, it's MANDARIN translated to ENGLISH. Yeah, for all you ENGLISH ppl out there :P

I have gotten my results back for CA2... Sigh... There were some improvements, and some deprovements... Tsk. Stupid 15 points for L1R5... URGH

Well, those are my results. HORRIBLE RIGHT. YES THEY ARE. Sigh... Teacher's Day celebration this Friday, and Chinese Oral exam after that -___- urgh...

QPS 6A 2005 gathering next Monday at Niger's house, and since he stay at Yew Tee, I can't go. Too far. I'll end up getting lost anyway. Tsk. Sian.

Best Dinner

Just came home from dinner at Lawry's at Paragon :P
With my bro, Grace, Terrence, and a friend my bro and I haven't seen in 6 years, KELVIN!! XD He's gained weight, and his hair got curly! Haha

He couldn't recognize who I was. Maybe it's coz he hasn't seen me since I was 9... Around there. Haha. Last time, I was probably some really short girl who can't speak proper english. Lol

Okay. We ate at Lawry's. MARVELOUS. Grace and I ordered Fish of the day. While the 3 guys ordered The Lawry's Cut, Medium-well. Hmm, salad was really good ^^

Food came, finished everything. Oo, my bro ordered a small glass of Port, which was REALLY GOOD. I took one mouthful in total, and it made me tipsy already... Haha. Maybe since I usually drink Ice Wine. Haha. I had Haegen Daez chocolate ice cream for dessert. Terrence had the sampler, my bro had... a tiramisu with Grace. And Kelvin had one for himself.

Hmm, we decided to use the glass to make the pitches again. Wetting the mouth of the glass and rubbing it with our fore-fingers. Lol. It'll only work with crystal glass, which we had.

Then began the dirty jokes. Goodness. Hahahaha, HILARIOUS. Anyhow, Terrence apparently, had more space for MORE RIB. We asked him whether he could, and he said he could. Asked him if he had the money, said he didn't. Haha XD funny :P

Our bill totalled up to about $510. LOL. Well, I guess the next time the 5 of us go for a dinner, we should bring a camera with us. :) Take PICTURES!! XD

Well, all my papers are OVER. Except for Chinese. Lol. It'll be next Tuesday. Today was Bio and SS. First time I could answer Bio questions fluently. Haha. That's what happens when you spot questions.

Anyhow, gonna go eat at Lawry's later... with my bro... Oh yeah, my bro's old friend, that he hasn't seen in 4 years or so... JUST ARRIVED AT MY HOUSE. He seems very happy. :P Maybe I should go get a peek? XD

Beijing Olympic Games

XD WOOOOOOOOO!!! Been watching the olympic games the past few days :D Hehehe...

Firstly, Men's Gymnastics Prelim rounds. Haha. So cool. This American guy called Justin Spring and some Jonathan guy. They're both pretty good. And one guy from... Italy. Matteo something. Then I watched the Semi-Finals and Finals for Men & Women swimming on Sunday morning. WOOOO!! Michael Phelps! Haha. Lol... Tao Li got into the finals, but she got 5th place. Aww... She was from my Pri sch you know! Man, are her shoulders broad O.O

Watched the Basketball match last night. China vs USA. Damn. USA won... BY A LOT. Sigh...

Then I watched the women's gymnastics. Woo!! So cool. China's team leading. They're all so small!! Like, 9 years old? 10? Around there o.o Ask me to do those spins and I'll end up breaking my back or smashing my skull on the ground. Haha

Well, gonna go for choir prac tonight at NBC again. This time, we all have to learn the songs in mandarin. Lol. Imagine a group of Indo-Chinese who cannot speak mandarin. And then they're told to sing in mandarin. Haha.

Well, CA2 is starting next Tuesday. What a nice surprise right after NAtional Day holidays -___- Suck ><

Now I really don't mind moving out of Singapore and OUT OF GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS.

Maybe I SHOULD study in Boston... all the smart people there. My sis is there!! ;D

She found some nice Junior High Schools there... I want those with really nice uniforms. It'll be a BONUS. Nice uniforms, blazers, skirts... vests... oo... so prettyyyyyyy

Haha... That would be my dream school life... Elite boarding schools with freaking nice uniforms XD
