MY HAIR!!

Okay... everyone that I knew who saw me... and I really mean EVERYONE, got a shock when they saw me. There are 2 comon comments that I get.

1. "Omg! Lovely! I couldn't even recognize you!"
2. "Why you cut your hair?! STUPID!" (In other words, they're saying that my haircut sucks.)

So yeah... what's wrong with my haircut? Dea and Chris said that I look girlie from the back -_- EEEWWW... I don't mind looking like a girl... but... GIRLIE?! EW!

Faints

Okay, later tonight, I'm going to the... uhh... dunno who's house for some gathering. (mum's friend). Sigh...By the way, I changed the skin for my friendster profile.. I hope you guys like it...

Oldies

I realise that now, I have a thing for old songs... Like those from the 90's or the 80's... and songs from our parents' generation... And songs during their generation have the same rhythm... tap, taptap, tap, taptap, tap and so on.

And I'm not addicted to The Moffats... they still have a touch of the Backstreet Boys and Westlife era... haha...

Going for an eye checkup... and i dunno what the guy is gonna think coz my mum accidentally washed down my contact lense when she was washing it... Bye bye! It went down the sink! So I'll be wearing glasses for a few days... maybe weeks. And with my new haircut, I look like a complete dork. Well, fits my attitude for the next 2 weeks where I'll be a real mugger and guai girl... and I'm actually gonna finish my homework... haha!

Happy yet Unhappy

Today, I'm happy, yet again, I'm not... contradiction... I hate it when people do that but I do it myself... sucks.

Anyhow, the language papers are OVER!!! WOOHOOOO!!! So that's a good thing. The English essay writing part was...I dunno, empty? The titles were pretty boring, like you couldn't even talk about anything good! Chinese paper today was HELL. The essay writing was still okay. I'll pass that. But I've got a nagging feeling that I'll fail the Paper 2... the compre was FREAKIN HARD! Even VK was having trouble with it. And when she does, it means that it's gonna be almost the same with the rest. Only what Kow said made me nearly prance on her,"The paper was quite easy" with a HUGE smile on her face -_- I would have smacked it right off...

I told her,"easy for you, but it was giving SL, Nat, Claire and I hell. Maybe the rest too. So stop rubbing it in."
Then she tried to change -_- ,"I mean, it's not very easy, and it's not very hard"

wth...she could have jsut said that the paper was average right?... Man, that's what irritates me. She says something, and the next minute, she denies that she did -_-

Anyhow, Ash, SL, Phibs, Val, and Bri came to my house after the exam just now. Ate there too. Then we watched videos on youtube, and tried to immitate the comedian, and the band... it was SOOOO funny. Had a great time :) Coz we were celebrating the end of the language papers. So now, our exams are on hold for the next 10 days. And on the 8th of October, we're gonna have our exams again, all the way till the 11th... sigh...

Tomorrow's Patron's Day for my school. So we're going to St Theresa's Church... sigh...

MY COUSIN!! That's Yi Jun last week. Her group's style is Goth Punk -_- This...is the "Princess fan club" group... quite interesting though, they actually managed to make a handbag and the puffy skirt and even a corset(however you spell it)!! That's Sunthari last week too. Her outfit looks weird. They should have at least painted the newspaper!!! This is the infamous Kow... Sigh... she looks like a christmas tree. I'm not insulting those who made this outfit, but man, she's got no figure! LOL! My masterpiece! On Bri! Well, I designed this Eco-friendly outfit :) And it's inspired by Retro style and Goth... Well, these are the pictures for this month :) The rest are all weird stuff... haha... I'll post those next time...

Mood Swings

Well, once, my mother told me that the worst characteristic of ANY woman or girl, is their mood swings. One moment, they can be so MAD that they can jsut kill the person, and in a split second, they can be laughing till they are almost falling off their chairs. That is how creepy their modd swings are...

This is why I like people who make me laugh. I don't really like VERY serious people, because I'm one myself at times. And when I say I'll hit you, I will.

Hm... like yesterday, Val, Phibs and I were all against Bri. Long story. But anyhow, we weren't really on good terms. Yeah, she got hurt... I think. Coz she had to walk away from her desk for awhile. Well, guess what, today, we're good friends again! Hahaha...

Yesterday, Bri started complaining to Kow, OUR ENEMY!!! (which is the person that you were kicking 2 posts before this one) Yeah, she she started to give us attitude... wth? Hello, if Bri complains to you, it doesn't mean that she wants to be friends with you like she's friends with us. GET THAT THROUGH THAT TEENY WEENY BRAIN OF YOURS!

Another One Bites The Dust

Okay... I'm addicted to this song that's getting on Bri's nerves :P lol! It's by Queen, called Another One Bites The Dust. Sad, Freddie Mercury, the lead singer of Queen, died. Did you know that Queen was the BEST band in the 18th Cuntury, and I think that it still is now. Although Queen was never popular with rock music critics, estimates of the band's worldwide record sales to date have been placed as high as 300 million.

Freddie was also one of the best singers in that century. His normal speaking voice was a baritone, but he normally sings Tenor. He died from complications of AIDS, greatly heightening worldwide awareness of the disease. He left the world at the age of 45, on 24th November 1991. In 2006, Time Asia named him as one of the most influential Asian heroes of the past 60 years. On the other hand, Mercury has been criticized for having kept his ethnicity and his HIV status a secret from the public.

And he composed most of the songs sung by Queen.

And some people may not know it, but Somebody To Love was composed by Queen. That song was sung in Happy Feet, during the graduation part. Also, they were the ones who composed We Will Rock You, which is still a great hit till now. Also, they composed We Are The Champions, which was sung by Chicken Little.

Queen was and IS a great band. And I think the people in this generation (and after us) should recognize them :)

Back in Singapore

okay -_- So I'm back. I goit a shock just now when I got off the plane. I just walked out of the plane when I realised I left my bag under the seat -_-

I wonder why I was so clumsy...hmm...

That reminds me, I stepped on a lizard yesterday. Hahaha. I jsut came into the room. It was pitch dark. I was turning on the lights when I felt I stepped on something in between my toes. It was small, so I was trying to rub it off my foot. I thought it was a piece of paper. Then I realised that the "paper" could move on it's own. It finally fell off, and there it was, a small baby lizard. It quickly crawled underneath the sofa. My mum and I were trying to catch it. Couldn't. So we just left it alone to sleep under the bed and sofa... sigh...

In Indonesia

Well, I guess Iloved this weekend :) Even though it's a wedding and I'll have homework haunting me when I get back to Singapore. But this time, I managed to get closer to my cousins :)

Yesterday evening, I hung out with Thomas (bride's brother), and Grace. Then Thomas kept telling me about when Widya's gonna throw the flower. Well, I didn't get it. Coz this stupid guy was standing all the way in front, and he was pretty tall. So he just had to tip-toe, raise his hand, and caught it. -_- Bloddy hell. He got the ring. Man...

So yeah, Thomas and I were talking about next year... Robert's wedding! Mwahahaha... and Ah Yi's future wedding. Hahahaha... we had a really fun night yesterday :)

Then we cousins had to take a picture with the bride and groom. Then Thomas told me,"Michael has a wife now, Robert has a girlfriend. I don't have one!" I told him,"Hey, I don't have a boyfriend okay?" Then he said,"We're the odd ones out. Hahahaha" Then when we walked up to the stage, Thomas told me,"hey! Stand next to me! I don't have a couple!" I was like...WHAT?!...Well, his english ain't so good... He's teaching in a Singaporean school in Indonesia. He teaches Mah and IT...

Then after that, we cousins decided to take a picture together. NO GIRLFRIENDS or WIVES allowed. LOL! So I was the only girl. As I ran towards them, Robert stuck out his arm, and I took it. My mother and some of my relatives kept laughing. Coz Robert's girlfriend was there... haha... We were all laughing. And I grinned at her. Lol... Then Ah Yi told me,"hey, Lovely, you should stand in the middle." Then after that, the guys shifted, and I ended up with 2 guys on either side of me. Lol... I'll post up that picture soon :)

Right now, I've gotta leave the lounge and go to the Boarding gate... bye bye :)

Leaving

Yeah... I'm leaving for the airport at 1pm. Uh, It's supposed to be IT lesson right now. But I'm already home. Mwahahaha... I feel so lazy to go to Widya's wedding. I dunno. Is it because I'm PILED with LOTS of tuition homework? Or am I just plain lazy? Sigh...

I'd rather stay home and do my homework, listening to music, then go OVERSEAS for some WEDDING... Sigh... And no, I'm not saying that I hate weddings. They're fun, especially the dinner. But it's so tiring. Morning, they have the Tea Exchange or something like that. Then it's gonna be hot, sweaty... and TIRING 0.0

I'm tired... sigh... I have about... one and a half hour to use this comp before I have to elave... so, gonna do my stuff then... bb...

Long Story, Be Prepared To Read It

lalala... I'm leaving school at 10.30am tomorrow. I told my mother that I didn't wanna miss Art lesson... so she let me leave after that :D Gonna be in Indonesia for the weekend, coz Widya, my cousin, is gonna get married on Saturday. Sigh.

Exams are starting on Wednesday. English Papers. Then MT Papers in Thursday. Then there's no exams for the whole week after that. Then exams start again on the 8th of next month -_- Last paper on the 11th... sigh...

Bri came to my house after MT Oral Exams yesterday. We used my tablet pc and did the powerpoint and edited some pictures till we were laughing like mad. The pictures might insult someone. You know, if you want to see them, ask me. And I'll send them to you :D mwahahaha...

Hmm... what else... uhh...I'm cramming my brain with the song "Awake" by Secondhand Serenade. And playing it OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN on my Media Player. Although I'm not really listening to it. I just need the noise.

Bri was pissed today, and yesterday... and it was getting on my nerves. But she didn't know that. And she might know after she reads this. (changes song on media player first) Okay. Where was I? Oh yeah. She was getting pissed because of the wrong reasons. Hello, it isn't even her money. What the hell is she worrying about? Siao...

And during PE, we were practicing volleyball. Miss Eileen told us to get in pairs. But Phibs, Sug and I ended up as a trio. Being in a triangle is way harder than in pairs. We managed to successfully pass the ball around in a full triangle a few times...

Phibs, Ash and I were joking during the warm ups. And we suddenly thought of Kow. She kept talking about 'hornyness' -_- we guessed that she doesn't even know the meaning of 'horny'. And during geog, Phibs and I asked her.

We: What is the meaning of hornyness?
Kow: It's like... want to do the thing... aiyah whatever lah

When she says "whatever", she is running away from the situation. Phibs and I looked at each other, and we knew... Kow does not know what 'hornyness' means. And she keeps saying it -_- The Phibs ran off to tell Ash and the others... they started laughing... haha...

Okay, better stop talking. This is becoming a grandmother story...haha...

And now, a few of us are convinced by 80% that Kow is crooked... We were talking about some things that we see... Man, I'm getting creeped out. Hmm... I invited some of them over too... after the exams that is. To watch Swan Lake on Ice at my house, since I bought the DVD :D haha...

Okay... uhh... my mum wants to cut my hair too... MAN!!! Well, if she IS gonna cut my hair, then I hope that it's in a cool way... not in those kind of nerdy bobs that I see in school -_-

Morning Church

I went to Newton Life Church this morning... attended the Mandarin one... wasn't so bad. Jsut that I had a hard time singing the songs... Can't read mandarin... Anyhow, after the sermon, the pastor asked Grace and I,"Are you first-time comers here?" I quickly replied him,"no" Well, I HAVE been there before, with my church choir. We performed there for Easter. But it's kinda creepy. He KNEW that we don't go there often...
I wore my blakc shirt with a red and white stripped tie. Then I went to choir practice at my own church after lunch... So this year, I'll finally join them for caroling this December Holidays at Orchard Road. I saw the song, it was quite hard. And yet, it's one of the nicest hymn songs from The Messiah that I know, other than Hallelujah. I guess we're gonna sing that too...

I'm at school currently, at 1.15pm, goin for lunch. Later, my class and some other classes are going to East Coast Park for some Beach Cleaning thing -_- sigh... Bri skipped school to meet her friend's band... so that they can help us with the song for Music lesson. Then she's gonna have to give me the chords or whatever so that I can practice them...

Laptop!

I've got my laptop! I've got my laptop! Wheeee!! Umm, I still can't put paragraphs... which is pissing me off... really... Hmm... Then found out that the slot where you put in your uhh... earpiece, doesn't work. So the speakers that my mum bought CANNOT WORK. URGH!!! So tomorrow, Suki is gonna bring it to the dunno what place to try to fix the problem. I just hope it won't take too long... I can't live without my comp! And music lesson was insane yesterday... Each group has to make their VERY OWN SONG... -_- Val, YX, Bri and I call ourselves: Love Your Broken Vows. Not like some people who call themselves: The Emo Club -_- Diao... Anyhow, we have written 3 songs, and I might type them out in my old blog. If possible. I wrote 1, and Bri wrote the other 2. I'm just gonna type out the one I wrote... and if you've got a tune in your head, TELL ME!!

Today...

hmm... Forget about the old skin. I changed it back to this... but I did some changes, so it's now red, white, and black... my favourite colours! Hehe... I have no idea why, but I was kinda irritated with Bri today. She's gotten more emo... and her white specs are DISTURBING... and she's... weird... she starts getting all mood-swingy... then loud... sigh... Sukianto is coming tomorrow to fix my comp, and maybe go out with my mum to get a new laptop :D yay! But he has to do all the settings and stuff, and then I can use it... CAN'T WAIT!!

Bored

Hello... this skin nice? I hate that this does not allow paragraphs to appear... man. o what's the use in typing in paragraphs? Sigh... Gonna get the laptop soon. I don't know when. I'm using my mum's laptop now, and glad that I can. I've got no homework today... weird... Kinda bored now... I had a short sms conversation with Jon... which is good, coz now, I don't hate him anymore -_- Hmm... I'm gonna find out about this paragraph thingy... see ya!

Flying Back

Hallo! I'm gonna buy a Fujitsu laptop... still windows... sigh... Anyhow, I'm flying back to Indo today. I'm at the airport already. I took LOTS of pictures at my cousin's weddin yesterday. I might be posting up the pictures in my old site... coz that's more convenient to me. And that would be... maybe in a few weeks. I dunno. Depends on when I get my laptop. Since my computer died on me... sigh... Oh yeah, when I was here in Indo, I learnt that only the West of Jakarta is the size of Singapore. There's still North Jakarta, East Jakarta, South Jakarta, and Central Jakarta. And that's ONLY Jakarta... Man...it's huge I guess... And traffic jams are torturing... And yesterday, my heels were killing me. Stood too long. Not enough chairs... So I ended up chatting the night away with Thomas (my cousin), and Grace. And I felt so honoured when Michael and Eli (the ones getting married) gave me that square cake thing... I was the FIRST TO GET IT!!! :D

In Indonesia

Hey everybody... I'm bored to the core... I'm at my gonna-be-married-cousin's house... using his computer. I went to my Grandmother's funeral just now. Pretty nice, since she's buried right on top of my other aunt, Zipora... Umm... Oh yeah, I realized something when I was on the road. Here in Indonesia, you would be able to spot more than a 100 motorcyclists on the road in one day. In Singapore, yo spot MUCH less than that... creepy... And they even have Motorcycle taxis! hahaha

Teacher's Day

I met my Primary School friends today at Tiong. It was FUN! WHEEEE!!! There were friends, jokers, and my old buddies. And hash browns, some chat, and 2 brownie cakes that I brought. It was great! Well, Mrs Shahrin WAS late... alot... but it was worth it. Man, her 2 kids are so cute! And the boys have grown, shot up, and are taller than most of us girls. Well, I'm the tallest girl... I think... Yee Hueh is still taller than me I think. I'm 2cm taller than YJ now, and it's obvious between me and Cindy. Haha... And Niger is about... half a head taller than me. He's 176cm... CREEPY... And Hpone is freakin tall too. And Nicky is still kinda the same... Uhh... The most shocking thing is that YI THONG IS TALLER THAN THE GIRLS NOW!!! AAAAHHHH!!! HE USED TO BE AROUND MY SHOULDERS! And now he's taller than me... omg... Anyhow, we took lots of pictures. I met Joyce and Yi Jun there... haha. The were gonna have a band practice at Pearline's house. So yeah... then Ma'm left. And 8 of us went to take neoprints. lol... it was so funny. The whole time, I couldn't help it but notice that Miao Ying was FLIRTING with Nicky... all the touching of hands, getting so close together... (shivers) ...ick... Maybe I'm just not the flirting type of girl. hahaha... Oh yeah, and me used the vangard sheet to make a compilation of all of our greetings and signatures for Ma'm. When she saw it, she tried to see whether our handwriting had changed... haha... Oh yeah, Zach grew taller... it's obvious. But, I'm still taller... haha... As long as he's shorter than me, I'm glad. lol... And he wore pink?! YH, Siok Hoon and I were commenting on the pink shirt he was wearing... I just seriously have somethin against pink. sorry to pink-colour-lovers...
