Geek Style

Hahaha. Went to Jack's house yesterday :P I have decided to call her JAQ from now on, with that lil bit of French accent. Hahaha. JAQ JAQ JAQ JAQ XD

Nvm that.

OKAY. I LOVE JESSICA'S ROOM OMG. SHE HAS SO MANY ACCESORIES THAT SHE CAN JUST OPEN HER OWN STORE 0.0 ENVY ENVY ENVY. But even if I have them, I don't wear them :( Coz I'm not that kind of cheery happy girl who loves jewellery very much. So yeah. But a pair of white gold earrings would do just fine :)

I went to Jaq's house right after Youth Group, so we had some time to spare. Played basketball for about an hour. I was playing in skinnies and sneakers mind you. Totally not basketball playing attire. Pants nearly dropped. Hahaha. Anyhow, it was pretty fun :D Lalalala. Played till we were both wet, sticky, and looking red. Haha. I love her ball... SPALDING!!! haha XD

Oh ya, laughed like crazy with Wei Wei, Jaq, and her 2 cousins. We were practically going insane. Anyhow, Jaq decided to be a nerd/geek. WHICH WAS HILARIOUS. And she tried to speak indo using a Jawa accent which was HILARIOUS!!!!! Hahahaha XD LALALA

Then after that, it was my turn. She tied my hair into 2 pony tails at the top of my hair. Then I wore Jessica's funky fake glasses. Hahahaha XD And even better, I had braces on. Lol. But I had to leave... so only managed to get 2 pics. Haha. I went home, re-tied my hair into the pony tails, clipped up all the hair on the back of my head, and took photos :P

Jaq and me :D Looking STICKY & TIRED. haha

Me sneakers, SPALDING, and Jaq's tracks.

Jessica eating Es Teler (dunno how to spell) lol... Indo word. Yeah, she's standing in front of Jaq's cupboard, and behind her, are the notes of Hallelujah printed on them... Haha XD

Jaq going HYPER!! lol... Guarding her underwear compartment from the prying eyes of Wei Wei. WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA XD

Jess and her ice in her mouth :D lol

Wei Wei and Jaq :p

JESSICA'S GLASS SHELVES. LIKE. OMG. LOOK AT ALL THE STUFF.

Me and Jaq. Beauty & the Geek. Hahaha XD Well, I'm not THAT pretty lah I admit. *rolls eyes*. It's just a phrase :p

Wow... So INTO her Algebra. Lol XD

Now my turn. Lol.

Truly Geek & The Beauty. Hahaha...

Yes, I edited this picture. But it was only because I wanted to show the hairstyle, not my face :P Mwahahaha

I just swam this morning... My right shoulder kinda got a sun burn think... And yes, I got a tan. A stronger one on my arms, a slight one on my legs. Man -_- This is gonna take awhile...

Gonna watch a movie or do sth with Yu Jia on the 10th. Then... gonna go Far East on the 13th with Steph, Sharley, and maybe YX. Hmm, Dewi is asking me to meet with her, Sarah and Abel :( Man... And Dewi is leaving for Indo on the 16th, and Abel probably leaving earlier than that. URGH. SO MANY PEOPLE TO MEET! Lol...

My mum got a free bag for me today :D From DKNY. WOOO. DAMN NICE XD LALALALALA

Gospel Rally in S'pore

This is so... LONG. Okay. I'm gonna post bout the Gospel Rally in Spore 2 weeks ago. Notes not done yet. It's taking longer than I expected. Haha. Okay... Here are pics :) I only have those of the 2nd day onwards. Coz I forgot to bring my cam for the first day :(

2nd day of the Rally... It was a Friday.

During the altar call...

Me and Jacklyn during the Children's Gospel Rally on Saturdy afternoon, the 3rd day of the Rally. Hehe... Singing with the Children's choir from my church. Lol... That's our robe... Pst, I was borrowing Feb's robe, coz I couldn't find mine. And well, his robe ended somewhere between my feet and my knees, so everyone could see my black pants -_-

Look at the amount of kids and parents o.o The area I was sitting was also full... sort of

My pastor in action! Haha...

Amadea, Jacklyn, Ci Sylvia, Me :) This was before the adult Gospel Rally started. Haha. Takin pics ^^

What a great group photo of the people from rmj. Haha. LEt's see... Ko ANdi is that blur of blue, then I see Samuel's friend, then Samuel. Stephen, Christopher, Oswald (I think that's how you spell it), William, and someone whose name I've forgotten. And in front of them, Weiwei and her friend :) Oh wait, next to Weiwei is Ko Jetan! Haha

Okay, starting from the girl in pink. That's Grace, my bro's current fiancee... WAH. Anyhow, nex tot her is my bro, then Pak Hendra's wife. In front of them, the guy stretching his legs, is my dad, then Dr James Killen, and Pak Hendra :)

People on my left...
People on my right...
People in front of me!! So many people came on Saturday... gosh...

Altar call o.o

Now moving on to Sunday, the last day of the Gospel Rally :D
Here we have the group from my churhc :D WOOO! Go indonesians from GRII! XD Hahaha. What an awesome pic when their mouths are OPEN! lol XD

Me, Michelle, Amadea, and JAcklyn, wearing the Gospel Rally choir shirt :D

The choir. This was of course, before the Rally started. So everyone was everywhere. Haha.

The amount of people on Sunday :( Sudden decrease... sigh...

We didn't have altar call on Sunday. Coz a HUGE majority of 98% who came were already Christians. So instead, my Pastor asked who wanted to give their life to God, and be servants of God. And who are willing to let God use them to do His work. So yeah, A LOT of Christians came out :)

Well, I guess that's all I have for the Gospel Rally :) See ya

Back in town

I flew to Indo on Friday. Coz on Saturday morning, was the opening of my new church :D WOOOOO!!! Biggest Chinese church on the world YEAH! And biggest church in South-East Asia. XD SO HAPPY!! Met Mr Jahjah Ling there. Hmm... Ezra and Paul, and Ibu Lita. WHEEEE. I didn't get to see Kharis though :( Man. Saw the other people from Spore too. haha

The opening was AWESOME. WAHAHAHAHA. A concert by the choir. I didn't join them, coz I had no time to go for rehearsals. Besides, I couldn't afford skipping school. Anyhow, people from many of my Pastor's church branches came. People from Taipei, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Europe, America, and Singapore went. I recognized the ones from S'pore coz they were wearing the Gospel Rally T-shirt. HAhaha. Dead give away XD

The church is AMAZING. SO FREAKIN HUGE. And to think that it was all designed by my Pastor. Dr. Rev. Stephen Tong is truly a GENIUS IN MANY MANY WAYS.

Took pics XD I love the pipe organ in the church :D WOO. So cool. Haha. And the cross right in the middle was only hung up on Saturday at 2am in the morning. The whole place was still covered in dust. So the choir, my pastor, and many others came and mopped the floor, and wiped the chairs clean, all that to prepare for the grand opening.

The lower part is the museum-to-be. Still under construction. The taller one is gonna be an institute and apartments, and a restaurant somewhere at the bottom. lol.

The front view of the church :D The cross on the top is 12 metres long. SO COOL. The 6 pillars on on each side of the "tower-thing" represent the 12 disciples of Jesus.

The Cathedral of Messiah

The cross

Now for some pics of the Gospel Rally in Indo. It's held at Jakarta's biggest Outdoor Staium. Olympic size. About 20,000 people were present for the rally on Saturday night. And about 2000 people came out for the altar call.

At the stadium... I was sitting at the VIP box XD WOOOO

During the Altar call. LOOK AT THE PEOPLE IN FRONT OF THE STAGE. LIKE... OMG.

Okay. This guy. Name: Alexander Ganda. Is it? In his 20s maybe. Dunno. Sounds funny when he talks. But when he starts singing, it's like.... OMG. DAMN COOL. URGH. We were singing "In The Cross" and he was REALLY LOUD. And his voice was practically making me melt in my chair. Not that I like him or anything -_- But his voice is just really amazing. No wonder the choir in Indo is REALLY REALLY good. Coz they've got people like HIM.

Went to this restaurant by the street. I love the kuay teow. Omg... so good... *drools*...

Then this morning, we celebrated the church's birthday. 30 years of Stephen Tong Evangelical Ministries International (STEMI), and 19 years of Gereja Reformed Injili Indonesia (GRII).

Conductor Jahjah Ling playing a piano solo when we were giving our offering.

The 2 cakes :)

Representatives from Hong Kong, S'pore, China around the STEMI cake :D I see Elder Yong from S'pore!!

The GRII cake and my Pastor :D WOOOO

Dr. James Killen (dunno how to spell o.o) and my pastor... praying for us.

Rev. Peter Tong, Dr. Rev. Stephen Tong's 2nd eldest brother :D SOO COOL.

And here's the last picture, Conductor Jayjah Ling playing the pipe organ :) LOOK AT HOW MANY KEYBOARDS THERE ARE. EVEN ONE FOR YOUR FEET.

Oh well, I guess that's all the pics. Hmm... The rest are videos. I'll try to upload them to youtube or something... yeah... the nice ones. Haha. Oh wells, till then :)

Pretty awesome days

Well, today is the LAST DAY of the Gospel Rally. And gosh am I excited XD LOADS of people came yesterday! OMG. SO COOL. Of course, this loads of empty seats too -___- Number of people coming have been increasing daily :D WOOOO COME SINGAPOREANS COME!

Yesterday, we had the Gospel Rally for kids :D So my church's children choir were featured :) "they are actually all indonesians! From many cities who came together in Singapore, and are here with us, today!" - Leoni :)

Teehee. 2 guys from my church did a flute and guitar duet. MWAHAHAHA. SO NICE. Guitar guy (Ko Jacob) was our conductor too. So he conducted us (children choir) to sing Panis Angelicus and Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring. LALALALA SO FUN. Hahaha.

When my pastor spoke to them, of course, he used simpler terms to tell them about Jesus and who he was. It's so easy compared to the sermons he gives the adults that I was gonna fall asleep already. Ended up drawing and stuff. Haha. But the way he told his story was pretty good. Altar call was amazing. SO MANY CHILDREN CAME TO THE FRONT. Around... 100+? or maybe more. I have bad estimation when it comes to people -___-

Well, I'm gonna go eat dinner now. Gotta go to the Stadium again tonight at 6pm. Rehearsals at 6.30pm. Can't wait. We're singing Hallelujah. AAAHHH XD THAT VERY FAMOUS SONG EVERYONE KNOWS. WOOOOO. Plus we're singing Gloria too :D WOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Crammed

AAAHHHH. SO BUSY THIS WEEK >< URGH.

1. Gospel Rally began last night at 7.30pm. Was late for the choir practice before it. -_- So embarrassing. Sigh. Anyhow, gonna be like this from today till Sunday.

2. Totally full for Saturday. I don't think I can breathe. I have an intensive program at the Alexcier in the morning by some Professor from USA. HE's talking about... Social Morality I think? Then it ends at 1pm. Gotta rush to the Children's Gospel Rally with Amadea to sing in the choir at 2pm. Then it ends at 4pm. Question and Answer by my pastor at 6. Meaning, you can ask him ANY question and he'll clarify it for you. About music, religion, philosophy, blah blah blah. Then 7.30pm the Gospel Rally. I'll be out from home for about 12-13 hours. GOSH -_-

I can get a stroke like this. I just went to the gym just now. Feels so good. Haven't excercised for a long time (about a week). My ankles are gona be buried in fats soon unless I start running on tip-toes again :) Good way to shape your legs. Haha.

Nvm... anyhow, due to this BUSY BUSY schedule, I can't have to time to revise. And yes of course, I could be studying rather than typing out this post. I KNOW. But I gotta update people with my life right? Hahaha... I'll be taking down the notes during these 4 days of the Gospel Rally. After it's done, I'll compile everything up here so those of you who wanted to go but couldn't go can read about Who Is Jesus? instead :) SEE ME SO NICE XD

lol... Hmm, Phoebe and Val F. don't believe I'm single. So they ended up teasing my about dating this cleaner uncle in school who likes to call people to anyhow "SIAM". So yeah, and they want to make my LIFETIME hell. So unless I can produce a name... Then I gotta endure it. But I think I'll reach my limit soon. It's beginning to get on my nerves. AND I MEAN IT.

School Begins

Aw man... September hols are over... again -__- SIGH... And school begins. EOYs just around the corner. I GOTTA START STUDYING. Well, I sort of have... but not consistently. Blame my LAZINESS... *sulks*

I was pretty bored 2 days ago. So I began downloading songs from MAple Story. I know, it's a stupid game blah blah blah... I KNOW... geez. I WAS BORED. The songs kinda made me happy. They're cheery and light... Haha... Nvm. Then I got the main theme from Runescape. Lol... Been SOOOOOOO long since I played that game. I remember the time when a lot of people played it... A lot of people still do.

Anyhow, I watched Meet The Robinsons on TV just now. Pretty cool :P I wonder whether the future will be like that. Haha. On Friday, I watched 3 movies. Bratz in the morning. I know... pretty lame movie. Umm... The Dark Is Rising in the afternoon. And just after I finished that, my bro told me to watch Sudden Death. A pretty old movie... in the 90s I think. Well, THAT MOVIE ROCKS!! AAAAHHH XD Hahaha. So total, 5 and a half hours wasted in front of the tv.

That's almost 1/4 of a day 0.0 Gosh. I was telling my bro,"HEY! Later my eyes will pop out of my sockets!" Then he replied,"Oh don't worry... it happens a lot... hahaha"

Lol... I love my bro :D So fun ^^ I guess that's because we're A LOT alike. Haha... We can just talk and talk and talk for 1 hour till someone forces us to stop :P

Well... I don't really know what to do right now... maybe search for some videos on youtube. Till then :)

Pilobolus

About 10 months ago, a dance troupe discovered a way of dancing with shadows. They were invited to NBC to perform. So take a look at the link. Coz I can't put the html on my website. Didn't allow.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3n8gxEwLx0w

This was when they were invited to perform at the 79th Oscars. See if you can notice spot the movies :P

Wall-E

Oo, I just came home from watching Wall-E :) Well, it's not THAT fascinating like action movies.

But it's just a lil but lower than that :) GREAT digital computerizing. Haha. The story is normal, but there's a bigger moral behind it.

DO NOT BE LAZY.

What can walking do to you? Break your legs? Sit on the sofa ALL day and you'll end up like those fat people sitting on those floating chairs and with their eyes glued to those holographic screens.

And yes, the waste that humans produce are a bit too much. It's about time someone did something about it.

Hmm... trying to synv my iPod Touch... I just threw out some songs I don't listen to... And trying to sync the upgraded games...

Lalala... Me gonna watch TV alot today :D HEEHEEHEE. Procrastinator MEEEE

Singapore Flyer

Okay... Yes. I went to the Singapore Flyer today... and...

WHAT A RIP OFF

My dad and I booked the tickets online, thinking that there might be a queue to get the tickets there. -_- Okay... $29.00 for EACH adult. So it was almost $30. And well, up for 30 minutes. So what are they tryin to do? Make you pay ONE BLOODY DOLLAR for EVERY FREAKIN MINUTE???

Are they insane money sucking machines or what??? YEah yeah, I might get arrested for criticising them like that. But seriously. And you know what, before you go up on the Flyer (notice that I still have the heart to call it with a capital "F"), they take your picture with this green cloth as the background. They edit your photo, so that it'll look like as if someone took a picture of you from the outside of those huge containers.

Well, when my dad and I got down from the Flyer, we were just gonna see what the picture looked like. If we liked it, we might buy it. If we don't like it, we won't buy it. Yeah, and when I gave the lady at the counter the tag thingy, she said,"I'm sorry but your picture was not captured." I could have blown up you know that. But luckily, we weren't expecting to buy that picture, so we just smiled and walked away.

But imagine this. WHAT IF, what if, someone came to S'pore for a holiday. Okay. And the S'pore Flyer was the only thing that person has not seen, and he/she decided to use her leftover money to get on the Flyer. And when he/she lands into the same situation as me, how do you think the person would feel? The lady at the counter didn't even OFFER us an opportunity to re-take that photo. If she has suggested it, maybe I wouldn't be typing all this crap.

Anyhow, I took like, 52 pics when I was up there. heh -_-

Halfway across

Preparing for the F1 race I can see...

Okay... I have NO idea why I was standing with my legs so wide o.o That's my dad in blue btw :)

Nice view right? :D Probably the only nicest one -_-

I dunno who these people are, but they asked me to take pictures for them twice. Using their phones of course. I wonder how old they are... They were pretty shy bout asking me to take the pic for them. Haha. I was shy bout letting them hear my voice (I sound REALLY sick).

City view :) Taken by my dad

The sea view... Also taken by my dad :)

And the durian view :) Hahaha... Also taken by my dad :)

Well, I guess that's all for today :) Till then ^^

Manage

I have to manage a few things this holiday.

1. My STUPID cough -__- It hurts so much, I feel like I'm gonna cough out blood like I did when I was 11. YEah, and on that same day, I was admitted into the hospital. SIGH. I hope this isn't a repeat.

2. My holiday homework. I've got 2 chinese newspapers that I need to choose, and decorate it, and write my... uhh... feelings thingy? Dunno. Haha. Then the chem 10-year-series to do (which I usually do). Jos' right, I'm a procrastinator :P TEEHEE

3. My blog. I'm thinking of "renovating" it :D And practicing my html skills. I'm a person who persues the new, the unique, the change. I can't stay with something for very long. I get bored. Yeah... My mum told me I shouldn't put that kind of attitude when it comes to my guys int he future :P Lol... I guess it'll be a challenge to them? Hahaha...

Hmm... Listening to my DREAMGIRLS soundtrack album. I love some of the lyrics. They're good... lalala... My dad said he's bringing me to the S'pore Flyer today. Noobie me. Haha. Well, even if I DO change the colours or the skin of this blog, I still love black, red and white :D And yes, I'll still be the same morbid and sadistic and momentarily psychotic girl. Lol

Hmm... *goes blog-skin hunting*
