I think this line is too long for the start of the song. I'm picturing in my mind, a slow song. So this line makes it sound like a rap line. Like "heyo everybody...blah blah"
"Walking out the door, she said I had to pay" Lines like these are too long for the tune, like its fast.
Well, i can help compose a tune for you. but i might need to reduce the amt of words in 1 line.
